7 Minute Chest Toning Routine

 

I am leaving for Cocoa Beach, Florida in about 1 hour.. woohoo!  I am pretty happy right now because it won't be long till I am relaxing in the sun on a warm beach.  I am also pretty stoked because I have been working out and my body is looking pretty good for a mom of 3 young sons.  I will be rockin my bikini!  Anyway, one area I have struggled with until recently is chest toning.  I tryed multiple exercises to get rid of what I call 'bra fat'.  You know, those two little flabs that hang out of your bathing suit or tanktop?  Yea those.  Only isolated chest toning moves can really target those.
