1.     Wide-grip pushups

2.     Narrow-grip pushups

The pushups are a great exercise for toning, trimming, and tightening the chest because of their versatility, simplicity, and ease of performance.  The pushup can be done anywhere and at anytime, without the need for weights or a bench.  The key to getting the most from the pushup to lose chest fat is to do all of your sets to muscular failure.  This will help burn more fat and tighten and tone the muscle fully.

Wide-grip pushups:
