To acquire that attractive chest, men have to work consistently to build their chest muscles by doing a few simple but effective exercises such as:- 1. FLAT BARBELL BENCH PRESS Lie down flat on a bench press with both feet apart on the floor. Hold the bar with your arms straight and wide, then push it up and down your chest. Do this as many times you can? This exercise will build your chest muscle effectively. It's advisable to have a training partner to assist you. 2. INCLINE BARBELL BENCH PRESS This exercise is quite similar to a flat barbell bench press that works on the same muscle group. However, this method requires more effort because you will need to hold onto the barbell and push it from your chest up and down. It's very tiring after some time, so a training partner will be very helpful should you have difficulties later. 3. DUMBBELL BENCH PRESS The advantages of doing the dumbbell bench press, that requires you to balance the weight between your two arm, is not only effective to build your chest muscles but at the same time develop your pectorals, deltoids and your triceps, giving you a proportionate muscle build-up. 5.
